Japan - Chinese Taipei 16-0

Chinese Taipei was forced to continue the tournament on defensive stance in its second game against Japan. Allowing only five shots, Japan kept dominating throughout the game taking 80 shots on Pangkeng Ting and Tsunghan Lin, who shared duties in the Chinese Taipei net. Japan scored 16 goals, and Junya Yamada was most active in scoring with four goals followed by Ikki Ikeda and Shohei Ikeda with two each.
