FIN (5 pts) CZE (0 pts) The International Ice Hockey Federation held three Women's U18 Invitational tournaments during the February international break. The three events were the first major step in developing women's junior ice hockey. It is hoped that in 2008, the IIHF will host an official World Women U18 Championship. If such an event is approved by the IIHF Council and Congress, these three February tournaments willserve as the qualifier with the top two teams from each tournament playing in a future top division.
