BUFFALO – Canadian forward Jaden Schwartz will not be able to play for the duration of the 2011 IIHF World U20 Championship after suffering an ankle injury in Canada’s game against the Czech Republic on December 28.

Canada’s final game of the preliminary round is on December 31 against Sweden.
