HELSINKI – The eagerly awaited single tickets for the 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship games in Helsinki will go on sale next Monday, 4th February, at 9 AM Finnish time. Ticket prices for adults start at 10 Euros and for children at 5 Euros.
Single-game tickets are also available for all games in Stockholm.
“Many people have been asking us when the single tickets will go on sale. Especially fans coming from abroad are waiting to get their hands on tickets to their favourite team’s games,” says Matti Nurminen, General Secretary of the 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship’s Finnish organizing committee.
Ticket prices vary by the teams on the ice and by the seat category. The most affordable tickets to see World Championship hockey live at Hartwall Arena cost 10 Euros for adults and 5 Euros for children.
At the moment, there are still tickets available for most of the games. However, for the Slovakia vs. Austria and Russia vs. Finland games on 10th May and for Finland vs. Austria and Germany vs. Latvia on 11th May only few seats remain.
“There are great teams playing in Helsinki and we can expect not only top-level ice hockey but also an outstanding atmosphere,” says Nurminen.Tickets for Helsinki:
