Presidents, Vice Presidents and Council Members 2008 - 2012The General Congress elects the President, three Vice Presidents and seven Council Members for a four or five-year term. | Juraj Siroky Close Biography Born on December, 29, 1953 in Kosice, Czechoslovakia. In 1994 he became the vice-president of HC Slovan Harvard Bratislava. Was elected president of this club in 1998 and later also president of the Slovak Ice Hockey Federation, for which position he was re-elected in 2002. Since 2001 he is a member of the Sport Council of the Slovak Olympic Committee. His IIHF career began in 1999 in the Development Committee, since 2002 he his also a member of the Championship Structure Committee. Juraj Siroky was working for the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of former Czechoslovakia in the 80s and was also employed at the Czechoslovakian embassy in Washington, USA.
