The IIHF will establish an out-of-competition testing program each year based on the IIHF World Ranking and select a set number of Players who are eligible for inclusion into the Program. This Program shall include a global whereabouts policy for ice hockey which shall be applied consistently across all member national associations and players involved in the IIHF Testing Program.
The IIHF Registered Testing Pool (“RTP”) shall be considered a pool of Players whose entry into the Pool is based on their success and their individual or collective behavior in relation to doping. Players entered into the IIHF RTP will be required to provide up to date whereabouts information to the IIHF for each quarter period via ADAMS for the purpose of No Advance Notice Out-Of-Competition Testing. Such whereabouts information shall include one specific 60-minute time slot between 6:00 – 23:00 (11 pm) each day where the Player will be available and accessible for Testing at a specific location.
