Deadline for media IT orders is 31 March 2012. After the deadline the prices for any IT request will be considerably higher than before the deadline.

Only a limited number of cabled positions can be arranged, those will be given on a first come first served basis. Wireless internet will be accessible for those ordering cabled internet. Fixed number of cabled positions and wireless internet will be available for media arriving to Helsinki from Stockholm for the final weekend and is included in the fees paid in Stockholm.

An invoice will be sent after the request has been placed and the connection will be available only for those who have paid the invoice in due time, at the very latest on 16 April, 2012. During the event, only wireless internet service can be bought on site.
