Canada, after advancing to a rematch of the 2019 gold medal game with defending champion Finland, tops our eighth Power Rankings of 2021.

In an incredible turn of events, Canada has gone all the way from last place in our early 2021 Power Rankings to first place in our eighth edition, thanks to a 4-2 semi-final win over the Americans. Defending champion Finland moves up a notch after edging Germany 2-1, while the U.S. is third.
