After outshooting Switzerland 58-10 in their opening 3-0 win, the defending champion Americans stay atop the Power Rankings.

In our second Power Rankings of the 2021 Women’s Worlds, the Americans retain first place and Canada holds on to second place. The ROC team moves up into third after starting off with a 3-1 win over Group A rival Switzerland.
