“We hope moderately priced tickets will encourage fans as well as families and youngsters to experience the event on-site. There are great teams playing in both groups and we can expect top-level ice hockey and exciting games to be played every day,” said Tuula Puputti, General Secretary of the Organizing Committee.
Tickets for children under 12 years cost €5 every single day of the tournament. There is also a special ticket category for youngsters under 20 years of age: youngster tickets cost €10 per day.
For adults, tickets prices during the preliminary round vary from €10 to 20. For quarter-finals and semi-finals the price is €25 and for the final day, the day ticket costs €35.
Tickets are sold as day tickets meaning that one ticket will open doors to all the games played on one day.
For the true fans who don’t want to miss a game, there is also an all-tournament ticket available. Access to all the all games costs €40 for children, €80 for youngsters and €150 for adults.
The 2019 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship tickets will be sold by Ticketmaster Finland starting on Wednesday, 5th December at 12:00 Finnish time (11am CET, 5am ET). During the event, ticket sale points will operate at the game venues.
