Your chance at the medals!

Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity alert! Now, you have the chance to enter our competition to design the medals for the 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Stockholm, Sweden, and Herning, Denmark.
 
Here's how you enter the race to become our medal designer:
 
1. Create your own 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship medals. Draw them by hand or on your computer.
 
2. The standards for the medals are as follows:
 
  • Diameter: 80 mm – 100 mm
  • Minimum weight: 250 g
  • Minimum thickness: 7 mm
  • The front shall include the official Championship title:

  2025 IIHF ICE HOCKEY WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP – SWEDEN • DENMARK

  • The back shall include the IIHF logo
  • The ribbon may have the colors of the host nations
3. Send them to [email protected]

4. Keep your fingers crossed – you might be our new medal designer, a part of hockey history, and the winner of our grand prize of 25,000 Swedish kronor (subject to local tax regulations)!
 
The deadline to enter the competition is May 31th, 2024. After that, our jury will select the winner, who will be announced and rewarded during autumn 2024. Best of luck!
