It’s hard to argue with our third Power Rankings of the 2026 Olympic women’s hockey tournament. (Although some of you will anyway, and hey, what’s more fun than a good hockey argument?) Dominating at both ends of the ice, the U.S. holds strong in top spot with its unprecedented shutout streak of more than 270 minutes. Canada is building momentum in second place after defeating Germany 5-1 in the quarter-finals. And the resurgent Swedes move up into third place, staying perfect after eliminating the Czechs with a 2-0 quarter-final victory. Who will play their best hockey with the medals on the line? We can’t wait to find out!
