2023 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship goal songs are quite catchy or at least make you hum. Put them all on your playlist!

Austria: Zillertaller Hochzeitsmarch
Tiroler folk music style and massive violin polka really make Austrian fans dance wildly. We can all agree that it’s not a huge surprise to hear that this same song also plays nonstop in different bier festivals.

Canada: Freed from desire – Melon&Rezidental
Eurodance-stylish beat gets your head to nod side by side and crazy party all night long, the beat is so maniac – and of course helps to celebrate Canadian’s scoring. I thought that we are here to dance like animals.

Germany: Freed from desire - Melon&Rezidental
What on earth? The Germans were fond about the same epic song as the Canadians while searching a good one to play after they score. Well, we can’t blame them because Freed from desire really is a catchy one and stays in your head.

Czech: Ať žijí duchové – Maxim Turbulence
The Czechs like to create a happy mood. This musical group plays with overalls on and produces mostly music for children, humorous songs and remixes of old hits. This particular mix suits a hockey game perfectly!

Denmark: Vi er Dem – Kim Larsen
Rock musician Larsen has made a song with a special effect – there is a beat that makes you clap your hands together so hard when the Danish scores!

Finland: Peto in irti – JVG
The Finns do really love this crazy duo who has a large, or in fact huge and massive music production. Even the babies in the kindergarten have to memorize this song. The Finns really get loose when they score, and the DJ plays this amazing cheerful jingle.

France: Clic Clic Pan Pan – Yanny
Also, the French trust banging music style – this beat pounds so hard like in a night club, but the song makes you move so that you don’t have to party on your own.

Hungary: Repül a Bálna – Republic
A bit of a folkcommunity singing with a twist of rock – Hungarians trust the most verifying combination, and it seems to be working! Language barrier isn’t a problem because this is absolutely a dancing tune.

Kazakstan: Ирина Кайратовна Shiza - Көк ту (Remix)
Well, this one is significantly different than the others but on the other side it is really that affection which makes this song very charming. The rhythm is striking, and the groove most certainly grabs the fans to celebrate like never before when the Kazakhs score.

Latvia: Par Latviju - Marhils, Dons, Muktupāvels, Fomins, Kaukulis un Čakste
Rock and roll always works! The Latvians have a very compelling score song, which will rise the roof and beyond. This song will also make you a true air guitar hero!

Norway: Rett i Foret – Karpe
This really bangs! Norwegian duo combines rap and hip hop in their music. You might know this hit factory also by the name of Karpe – they have really made a contagious piece of art that makes you neck nod with the rhythm.

Slovakia: Slovensko – Gladiator
Do you know humppa? It is a Finnish type of music, kind of related to jazz and very fast foxtrot. It’s a bit difficult to describe that exceptional style, but Slovakians have mixed humppa and rock to their score song. The song absolutely gets Slovakians up from their seats and starts wild community singing. It’s ok if you don’t know the words, the atmosphere is universal.

Slovenia: Na Golici – Ansambel bratvo Avsenic
If something really works, it must be a sassy polka! Your foot goes up, hands clap, and horns play hard – I really can see you taking a few dancing steps when Slovenia scores.

Sweden: De Vet du – Hockey VM
As we all know, Swedish have a good of sense of humour and they also like sarcasm. These two elements have a big role in the joyful score song that really splits Swedish fans in half. The song is really a piece of art that makes audiences jump up and down.

Switzerland: Stubete Gäng – Göschene Airolo
The Switzerland also trusts folk music and oh, why don’t they? The cheerful, accordion based song really get fans to sing along when their teams scores.

United States: Born to run – Bruce Springsteen
Is a hockey game even a hockey game, if the DJ doesn’t play songs from “The Boss”? Americans do trust the legend’s music production and there is a good reason for that: Born to run really brings you in, makes you play air guitar like never before and gets your boots dancing on the floor.
