All fans who bought tickets at the Organizing Committee or via the official ticket seller Ticketcorner will receive a refund. Ticket purchasers were informed by e-mail in the week of 4-8 May 2020 about the further procedure regarding the refund process. Hospitality customers will be contacted directly by the Organizing Committee.
Ticketcorner will begin to refund all ordered tickets in mid-June. The tickets do not have to be returned. If the tickets were bought through the official channels of Ticketcorner or directly via the Organizing Committee, the ticket price will be reimbursed. The holders of tickets obtained via another channel should contact the respective seller directly.
We will make every effort to process the refunds as quickly as possible, but due to the significant number of tickets, the current situation and the numerous cancelled and postponed events, this may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- For tickets purchased from Ticketcorner and paid by credit card, Twint, PostFinance or Paypal:
No additional information is required. The amount you paid will automatically be credited to the payment method used for ordering the tickets.
- For tickets purchased from Ticketcorner and paid by invoice:
Please provide the required information by no later than 12 June 2020 through the following link.
- For hospitality tickets purchased directly from the Organizing Committee:
The Organizing Committee will contact you by e-mail and let you know how to proceed.
- Tickets not purchased from any of the above-mentioned official sales channels:
Please contact the seller directly to claim the refund of the ticket price.
