This section provides players, parents and coaches with information concerning healthy habits and lifestyle. To support player well-being, it is important to focus on healthy training habits and good lifestyle habits, at home, with the team, at school or work and when spending time with friends.

Well-being includes physical, emotional, psychological and social factors.

For players to be able to affect their own well-being and lifestyle, it is important to educate them with information on healthy habits and how they can make an impact by making the right choices and decisions.

The resources in this section provide additional information on healthy training habits, good lifestyle habits and the psychological factors impacting on well-being and lifestyle.
