The Ice Hockey Federation of Israel has withdrawn its men’s U20 national team that was entered to participate in the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship program during the upcoming months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The men’s U20 team won’t participate in the 2021 IIHF Ice Hockey U20 World Championship Division III scheduled to take place in January in Mexico City. The tournament will thus be played with four teams.
