Objective: Teach how to separate the puck from the opposition as a Role 3. 

Description: The game is played in half of the zone. The nets are on the goal line. Players face the corner; player with the puck stands closer to the board. The first forechecker pressures the puck carrier. The second forechecker takes away the puck and attacks the net. 

Points of emphasis 
Role 3:

• Stay between the opposition and your own goal 
• Angle the opponent to the board 
• Pin the opposition to the boards 
• Separate the player from the puck
