Global Presence Recruitment and Retention

The topic of recruitment and retention of the players will be presented by Iran Ski and Winter Sports Federation with great example of starting their development with inline hockey and building a community and base for ice hockey. In 2019. Iran opened their first ice hockey rink. Today they are continuing with outstanding recruitment and retention program. This season they are counting 115 kids, younger then 10 years old, playing in their hockey programs (in recruitment and LTP). Great example of Iran hockey development will be shown by Azam Sanaei Head LTP Instructor and Captain of Iran National Team.
