Game Officials: Development and Recruitment

The main presenter for this topic is coming from Belgium, Marc Verlinden who is Vice president of RBIHF and National Development Director. He will present to us the measures taken by their MNA in a relatively smaller country to achieve such a big number of officials. What is their officials recruitment and development program, how does their “development road map” looks like.

In addition IIHF Officiating Development Manager, Joel Hansson will present IIHF activities regarding officiating.
